And so, while Tang Changsheng was in seclusion, advancing to Taiyi,

a new world slowly took shape, formed by merging the World Tree World, the Devouring Serpent World, and the great world they had seized from the Purple Dusk Demon.

For now, at least, this world bordered neither the Eastern Glory World nor the Purple Dusk Demon.

But no one knew when it might come into contact with either power. The new faction therefore never stopped building its strength.

Its expansion was nothing like that of the Eastern Glory World, which exterminated the worlds it conquered and stripped even the worlds themselves bare, leaving nothing behind.

Nor was it like the Purple Dusk Demon, which indiscriminately gathered the power of every native Divine System and Deity.

Instead, it followed the Great Dao, sending Immortals into native worlds to spread its teachings and transform them into worlds of cultivation.

They had even settled the question of ranks above True Immortal but below Taiyi.

It was Tang Changsheng's Doppelganger who had first proposed the solution: "The transition from True Immortal to Taiyi within the Immortal Dao could work the same way. We could follow the example of the Purple Dusk Demon's Deities.

"Divide them into several ranks according to the depth of their mastery of the Laws. Those above True Immortal could be called Flying Immortals, Spirit Immortals, Origin Immortals, True Immortals...

"Whatever we call them, we'd simply be adding a few ranks between True Immortal and Taiyi."

Thus, True Immortal would correspond to Feeble
