With her eyes closed, she seemed less cold than usual and had the stillness of a sleeping beauty. Her lashes were fine and long, and her brows looked as though they had been carefully shaped.
As Spirit Power surged out of her, the powerful Spirit Power Field gave her lashes, brows, and the tips of her hair a faint, iridescent glow.
Chen Shu drew back a little and sat cross-legged, facing her.
Peach sat up straight too, staring at his owner without blinking. Right now, he was her loyal guard. So intent was he that only the tip of his tail kept tapping lightly against the floor, and even that was beyond his control.
