The store had set aside an entire area for its Flying Car display models: five vehicles across three models. Under the lights, they gleamed with a science-fiction sheen.
Plenty of people had come to see the cars. Most were there for the spectacle or to shoot videos, and the salesmen enthusiastically gave detailed introductions.

The three models were single-seat, two-seat, and four-seat versions, so they varied in size. Their different configurations made them look quite different too. Unlike the others, Chen Shu and Chen Banxia weren't particularly cautious. They climbed right in to inspect them.
"This four-seater looks a lot like yours..." Chen Banxia said to Chen Shu.
"What do you mean, mine?" Chen Shu corrected her. "It belongs to the sect."
"Close enough. This one's smaller."
"Not that much smaller..."
