After a month, the dozens of Herbs planted in the Greenhouse had all entered a stable growth phase.
Lu Yi placed each one in a different part of the Greenhouse according to its growing habits, giving it the most suitable environment.
During that time, Lu Yi selected three Soul Masters who wanted to work in the Greenhouse. All three, without exception, had Plant-type Martial Souls.
To make sure nothing went wrong, Lu Yi numbered every plant and wrote a manual explaining how to care for each one, with special markings for those that needed extra attention.
After demonstrating the work for a while, Lu Yi confirmed that the three could handle problems on their own and left the Greenhouse in their care. He only needed to check on the plants' progress now and then.
The base now had more than fifty people, but there was not much work to do yet. The organization had not settled into its stride and was still operating at a loss.
With Lu Yi's current funds, though, even if he multiplied the staff several times over and kept losing money at this rate, it would probably take decades to exhaust his resources.
Lu Yi conservatively estimated that, if things continued this way, he could train the first group of qualified Enchanters within three years. At that point, the organization could turn a profit immediately.

His Soul Spirit, the Blazing Flame Spirit Fox, had three Soul Skills left to offer: one was charm, another created an illusion identical to him in appearance, and the last, Confusion, had an effect much like a weakened Confundus Charm.
None of the three Soul Skills was a particularly good choice for him.
