Appearance

The Puppets initially resemble people concealed beneath black mist. Their artificial bodies become visible when the mist disperses or is purified 32 33 34.

Star Dou Great Forest Ambush

Qin Muchu and Xiao Wu encounter the first Puppet after noticing an unnaturally silent stretch of forest. Initially mistaking it for a Soul Emperor, they overcome its defenses through coordinated physical attacks. Its exposed metal body reveals that their opponent was not a living person 32 33.

Eight reinforcements then surround them. The pair damage one Soul Emperor and open a gap, but a chain catches Xiao Wu before they can escape. Jin Yi launches a black spear at her, and Qin Muchu abandons his own defense to take the strike instead 33 34.

Qian Renxue intervenes before the Puppets can finish them. Porcupinefish Douluo and Snake Lance Douluo capture the two Soul Saints, while she purifies the group’s evil energy and subsequently heals Qin Muchu. She departs with the defeated Puppets’ bodies 34 35.

Investigation at Shrek Academy
