• Ma Hongjun explained that Bu Le, Old Goose, and Tianya had defeated him, and Qin Muchu promised to help him get revenge.

The Shrek Seven Devils began the third phase of Qin Muchu’s training, a hundred-kilometer cross-country run carrying heavy weights while Flender and Zhao Wuji tried to stop them. They entered a forest and faced Zhao Wuji’s ambush, with Dai Mubai preparing to confront him.

• Ma Hongjun watched Snow Girl leave the Wretched Three Brothers helpless and feared her power.
• Qin Muchu explained that the third phase would combine the earlier training: the students would carry weights on a hundred-kilometer run while Flender and Zhao Wuji blocked their route.

• Flender caught Dai Mubai, Ning Rongrong, Qin Muchu, Xiao Wu, and Ma Hongjun in five Gale Tornadoes, and Ning Rongrong’s protective Soul Power quickly failed.
• Dai Mubai remembered Qin Muchu’s palm routine and his advice to use softness to overcome hardness and go with the flow.
• Dai Mubai told the others to stop resisting the tornadoes, and all five rode the currents out through the top.
