Background and History

Li Qingyue awakens in the body of a dead six-year-old in a corpse-filled pit. A transmigration system grants all nine abilities he requested—including the Reignbow Arbiter, Yaoshi’s complete Abundance inheritance, eternal life, and Gu Yuena as a bound Protector—then leaves him without guidance. He has no memories of the body’s former life 1. He later encounters the man who killed the child and his parents, and uses Abundance to heal the killer before vines consume him 3 4.

Through his mother’s distant connection to the Leng Family, Li comes under Leng Yaozhu’s protection. His private Martial Soul awakening produces two immense celestial omens, attracting Qiangu Dongfeng’s interest. Leng Yaozhu sends Li and Na’er to Eastsea City with Leng Xiaoyue to conceal his abilities and keep them away from the resulting political threat 6 7 8 9 12.

In Eastsea City, Li studies forging under Mu Chen and reaches Thousand Refinement within three years. After Leng Xiaoyue dies while drawing pursuers away from him, Abundance restores her and changes her powers. She subsequently becomes his apostle, spreading the Medicine King’s faith and gathering believers whose prayers increase his Power of Faith 21 22 28 29 38 43.

Appearance

Li has an exceptionally delicate, feminine-looking face and is repeatedly mistaken for a girl. The attention eventually prompts him to wear a mask at school 5 20 36.

• Eyes: Normally ink-black; a faint golden glimmer briefly appears in sunlight 4 23.
• Abundance manifestation: Can grow four additional arms, for six in total; Scarlet Pupils appear along them when he exercises the power 1 4.
• Reignbow Arbiter form: Dark-blue armor, horse-like front legs, wheel-like hind legs, and a starry longbow 9 10.

Personality

Li presents himself as gentle, courteous, and composed, and handles people attentively. He prefers healing, logistics, and learning to fighting, while studying forging and alchemy chiefly to strengthen himself 13 22 25. He is particularly protective of Na’er, whom he treats as his younger sister despite her formal status as his Protector 5 15 28.

That warmth coexists with calculated and sometimes severe decisions. Li conceals dangerous powers, kills suspected Qiangu spies, and builds a faith-based organization to secure resources and protection. He also spends accumulated Power of Faith to shield followers from a Tang Sect attack 25 59 60 77.

Abilities & Skills

Abundance inheritance

Li inherited Yaoshi’s power, authority over life in the Douluo Plane, and eternal life. He can manifest the Ambrosial Arbor’s branches and wield unusually potent restorative and plant-based abilities 1 4.

• His healing repairs severe injuries and can restore Soul Power; Wu Changkong estimates that one use of his First Soul Skill could fully replenish a Soul Master up to the Third Ring 42 46.
• He controls vines and flowers for restraint, attack, movement, and perception. Prolonged training still leaves mental fatigue that his recovery cannot remove as effectively as bodily injuries 34 42 67.
• His blessings draw on Power of Faith. Reaching distant recipients depends on believers being present nearby, and answering prayers consumes that power 38.
• At the Third Ring, the Abundance Divine Kingdom gives his gathered faith a private domain and secure storage space. With sufficient Power of Faith, he can resurrect the dead; his Undying bond lets Leng Xiaoyue return from death while he exists and their bond remains intact 43 44 59 60.

Reignbow Arbiter

His bow Martial Soul supplies destructive power and a safeguard he believes helps preserve his reason against the influence of Abundance 10 21.

• Starhunt Mark locates a struck target for seven days and guides his arrows toward them. His attacks can bypass defenses and impair bodily recovery 10.
• Shattered Star Flurry sends arrows converging on a target from multiple directions; Li uses it to kill two suspected Qiangu spies 24 25.
• Rainbowlight Instant Hunt repeatedly teleports him short distances without an obvious spatial disturbance, attacks at both ends of the movement, and strengthens his next arrow. It remains usable while he has Soul Power 44.
• The bow is durable in close combat, though Wu Changkong finds Li’s bow-fighting technique underdeveloped 42.

Primordial Phoenix

His Phoenix Martial Soul manifests pale-red wings and flames that Leng Yaozhu believes may be Ultimate Fire. Its heat aids forging and pill refinement 10 21.

• Its bloodline influence transforms his Fire Sparrow Soul Spirit toward a phoenix-like form 13.
• The Soul Spirit had not developed enough to provide a third Phoenix Soul Skill when Li reached the Third Ring 44.

Forging and alchemy

• Mu Chen accepts Li as his final disciple after seeing him refine metal with precise strikes and Phoenix flame. Li masters Thousand Refinement in three years 21 22.
• Li possesses God-Tier Alchemy Notes. Using Spirit Grasses, Wood Elemental Energy, and Power of Faith inside his Divine Kingdom, he produces twelve Spirit-Gathering Pills to improve Soul Power absorption 2 75.

Equipment and Items

• Fire Sparrow Soul Spirit — a hundred-year Soul Spirit transformed by the Primordial Phoenix 13.
• Mu Chen’s blue ring — can alert Mu Chen and summon the aid of a Soul Douluo equipped with Three-Word Battle Armor 21 22.

• Leng Yaozhu’s Storage Ring — holds roughly three hundred square meters and alerts her when Li channels Soul Power into it 48.

Relationships

• Na’er / Li Na’er — his bound Protector and the girl he regards as his younger sister. He insists on bringing her to the Leng Family and later commits to protecting her independent existence 1 5 28 73.
• Gu Yue — another aspect of Gu Yuena and Li’s senior fellow disciple under Leng Yaozhu. They cooperate cautiously over Tang Wulin’s bloodline, partly because Li wants to protect Na’er 48 65 73.
• Leng Yaozhu — his mother’s former friend, protector, and later teacher. She supplies resources and refuses Qiangu Dongfeng’s offer to hand him over 6 11 12 48.
• Leng Xiaoyue — initially his nominal guardian; after her restoration, his devoted apostle and Emanator. She spreads the faith and undertakes dangerous missions for him 12 29 38 59 60.
• Mu Chen — his forging master, who takes Li and Na’er into his home when they need refuge 21 27 28.
• Xie Xie — close friend whose mother Li heals. Xie repeatedly looks out for him, while Li helps Xie and their classmates through recovery and combat training 17 31 42 43.
