Background / History

The Sky Screen appears after a seven-colored rainbow bridge spans the entire Douluo Realm. Its first announcement establishes a ranking of ten individuals with the strongest backgrounds, promising greater rewards for higher placements. The ranking concerns individuals rather than entire sects, although their family connections, factions, and protectors contribute to their positions 1.

Its origin remains unexplained. Qian Daoliu considers its power foreign to the realm and perceives its energy as countless times more terrifying than the Angel Divine Power within the Angel God Statue. Zi Tian likewise recognizes its extraordinary reach when its announcements enter his mind despite protections bestowed by the God of Destruction and Goddess of Life 2.

Tang Chen associates his recovery from the Blood-Red Nine-Headed Bat King’s control with the Sky Screen and bows to it in gratitude. The connection is not confirmed: Zi Tian also considers whether Tang Chen’s awakening could be a consequence of his own arrival in the world 3.
