• Jiang Nannan confronted Tang Qi, who denied kissing Tang Ya and gave her the Imperial Scale Soft Bone Ginseng and the Ring Detonation Secret Manual.

• Tai Tan carried Tang Qi into the Sunset Forest and smashed through the Emerald-Scaled Seven-Extremity Flowers guarding the valley.
• A Jiao, Xuan Bing, and the other immortal herbs debated how to respond to the intruders, and A Jiao and Xuan Bing went to meet them.

Xiong Jun arrived and accused Tai Tan and others of plotting against the Auspicious Beast, setting off a fight between the two.

• The Three-Eyed Golden Lion demanded Tang Qi’s grilled fish, ate it, and asked the Scarlet King to take Tang Qi and Huo Yutong back with her as her fur-brusher and cook.

After Huo Yutong began absorbing a twenty-thousand-year Purple Spirit Bei’s Soul Ring, the Three-Eyed Golden Lion defended her from the Scarlet King and proposed peace between humans and Soul Beasts.

Di Tian secretly considered testing Tang Qi and linking him with the Auspicious Beast, then threatened to expose his identity as the Sea God's Son.

• The Scarlet King questioned Tang Qi about his grilled fish before Niu Tian appeared as an Azure Divine Dragon and carried Tang Qi, Huo Yutong, and the beasts toward the forest core.

After Xuan Zi announced an upcoming tournament, Tang Qi learned that Mu Jin and Zhou Yi were arguing over the Red Dragon Evolution Manual and confronted Zhou Yi.
