A year?
In a year, it would be far too late!
He had gotten his eye back, true, but that bastard Shinji Uchiha grew stronger like a weed every time he turned his back.
Wait another year?
What good would healing do him then?
As if sensing Obito's misgivings, Kabuto Yakushi adjusted his glasses. "Lord Madara, I took a quick look at the Hashirama Cells you had transplanted before... No."
He shook his head. "They should be called White Zetsu Cells! Poor-quality White Zetsu Cells at that, implanted through a crude procedure! A shoddy operation from start to finish!"
"Such a crude cell transplant does boost your strength somewhat, but compared to genuine Hashirama Cells, it's not even in the same league!"
The moment Kabuto Yakushi finished speaking, the army of White Zetsu erupted in protest.
"Hey, Glasses Man! What's that supposed to mean? Are you calling us shoddy?!"
"I think you're asking for it!"
"Want to duel?"
"Duel! Duel! Duel! Duel!!!"
"Shut up!"
Obito Uchiha roared.
The White Zetsu fell reluctantly silent.
He turned to Kabuto Yakushi. "So you're saying that once I receive a transplant of genuine Hashirama Cells, my strength will soar?"
"Exactly!" Kabuto Yakushi smiled confidently. "You could gain Wood Release as powerful as Hashirama Senju's!"
"To tell you the truth, even someone as powerful as Shinji Uchiha is after the same thing! He desperately wants Wood Release!"
"What puzzles me, though, is how Shinji Uchiha, an Uchiha, was born with such extraordinarily powerful Yang Release cells."
Obito Uchiha's eyes lit up. He barely heard anything Kabuto Yakushi said after that.
"Wood Release on par with Hashirama Senju's?! A year? I can wait!"
He whipped around. "Zetsu! Tell Nagato to lie low for now! Cancel the Konoha Crush and stop the hunt for the Nine-Tails immediately!
