Xu Yi pointed at the twelve Mana Racing Cars lined up and ready at the distant starting line, his expression rather strange.
Cassandra had been here for nearly a month.
Through his frequent interactions with her during that time, Xu Yi had established that Cassandra was a member of the Dragon Race who greatly enjoyed human entertainment. He had therefore presented her with every form of entertainment he knew of and let her choose.
For the first half of her stay, however, Cassandra had fixated on Illusion Films. She had spent all day holed up in that valley, staring unblinkingly at the various Illusion Films playing on the Mana Illusion Projector.
Only half a month ago, after finishing an illusion drama series produced by the New Moon Merchant Guild the previous year, had she first felt inclined to leave the valley and explore her surroundings.
She had then tried the various forms of entertainment Xu Yi had prepared for her, one after another. To his surprise, Cassandra had ultimately taken a tremendous liking to driving Mana Racing Cars.
"This little girl is one of those legendary dragons?" Servini studied the racing car Xu Yi had pointed out through her binoculars, then looked up at the live illusion broadcast in the center of the venue, which happened to be showing introductions of the competitors. Her gaze lingered on Cassandra's face, and she frowned slightly. "She's clearly a human girl. What about her looks like a dragon?"
"That's her. She's just taken human form for now." Seeing Servini's puzzled look, Xu Yi shrugged and explained, "It's an innate ability of the Dragon Race. They can transform into any other form they like. Of course, they can't maintain it for too long."
