Qingyun shrugged and walked slowly toward the Hokage Building.
Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Hatake Sakumo watched Qingyun curiously. They had never expected him to awaken the Mangekyo. During his battle with Danzo, the enormous upper body of his Susanoo had left their hearts pounding. Even from far away, they could sense the scorching heat and icy chill radiating from it.
Tsunade was especially curious. As a direct descendant of the Senju Clan, she knew the Uchiha Clan's history well. This bizarre Susanoo was unlike any wielded by the Uchiha over the generations recorded in the Senju Clan's archives.
"Qingyun, when did you awaken your Mangekyo?"
Tsunade looked at Qingyun curiously as she asked.
"When I went to Takigakure with Kushina and the others to seal the Seven-Tails."
Qingyun explained, leaving out the fact that he had awakened his Mangekyo by absorbing the Hero Water.
"Good grief, it's hard to imagine! You'd already surpassed us before. Now that you've awakened your Mangekyo, how much stronger are you going to get?"
Jiraiya looked at Qingyun in amazement.
"Qingyun, be careful. Unless it's an emergency, don't use your Mangekyo. Overusing an ordinary Mangekyo can make you go blind!"
Tsunade looked at Qingyun with concern.
Her concern warmed Qingyun's heart. Although he had only manifested the upper body of his Susanoo briefly, it had consumed a great deal of the natural spiritual energy stored in his eyes—roughly half the amount needed to use Sunset Divine Might and Moonset Divine Splendor. It showed just how taxing this ultimate power was.
And that was only the Susanoo's skeleton. What about a full-body skeletal Susanoo or a Perfect Susanoo? Those would probably consume even more!
