Qingyun arrived in Yugakure with Hizashi Hyuga and the Three Little Ones, including Shisui Uchiha. Yugakure was a small ninja village in the Land of Hot Water. The country was best known for its hot springs and was one of Jiraiya's favorite destinations. Whenever he had time to spare, Jiraiya would visit, ostensibly to gather material.
They followed the Yugakure ninja who had come to welcome them to the Village Chief's office. The Village Chief was a kindly man in his sixties. When he saw Qingyun and the others, especially the ninja from the Hyuga Clan, he warmly ushered them into their seats, then personally began making tea for them.
"Village Chief, please don't trouble yourself. Let's discuss the mission first. We can have tea afterward!"
Seeing the Yugakure Village Chief bustling about, Qingyun could not help interrupting him.
He had not come here to drink tea. The priority was to discover why the children had disappeared, resolve the matter, and complete the mission to receive the system's reward. As for tea, he could drink that anytime.

"I realized how serious this was and immediately ordered our ninja to keep a strict watch, patrolling day and night. Even so, many children were still abducted every day. With no other choice, I sent people to Konoha for help. I hope you can find the culprit and bring back the missing children!"
The Village Chief of Yugakure sighed and explained what had happened.
Qingyun nodded as he listened.
