After leaving Orochimaru, Qingyun did not go to the Hokage's Office. He knew that even if he went, Hiruzen Sarutobi would not let him pursue Orochimaru.
All of this was merely a show on Hiruzen Sarutobi's part. If he wanted to kill Orochimaru, Orochimaru could not possibly escape with his current strength. Hiruzen Sarutobi was summoning all of Konoha's ninja ranked jonin or higher to the Hokage's Office only because Orochimaru was his student. Now that he had defected, Hiruzen had to give Konoha's ninja an explanation.
Arriving at the Forest of Death, Qingyun found Shisui Uchiha teaching Yahiko and Itachi.
Seeing Qingyun approach, they immediately bowed to him. "Teacher!" "Senior Qingyun!"
"Keep training. Shisui, come with me!"
Qingyun waved for the others to continue training, then beckoned to Shisui.
"Yes, Teacher!"
Shisui Uchiha immediately followed Qingyun, walking slowly away from the others.
"Shisui, come somewhere with me in three days!"
"Yes, Teacher!"
Shisui Uchiha did not ask where Qingyun was taking him. He respected Qingyun deeply. Qingyun had taught him how to become strong since he was little, and he owed his current strength entirely to Qingyun's instruction. He was willing to do anything for him.
Seeing how considerate Shisui Uchiha was, Qingyun nodded in satisfaction. When he first took Shisui as his student, he had some plans of his own. Though those plans were harmless, they had inevitably involved a measure of self-interest.
Shisui Uchiha had always been considerate, never giving him cause for worry as he grew up. Later, he had led Shizune and Might Guy in completing Team 3's missions, without Qingyun needing to intervene at all.
Qingyun was now very pleased with his eldest student. He patted Shisui Uchiha on the shoulder. "Shisui, have you ever considered becoming the head of the Uchiha Clan?"
"Teacher?"
