Qingyun was oblivious to everything outside. He instinctively circulated the wisp of Nine Yin Internal Force he had cultivated, continually devouring the natural spiritual energy entering his body to strengthen it.

Minato Namikaze noticed the unusual activity outside and immediately stopped cultivating. When he opened the door, he saw Qingyun sitting amid a haze of Haku-colored mist.

The Haku-colored mist seemed almost solid as it surged into the Baihui Point at the crown of Qingyun's head.

Minato Namikaze stared wide-eyed at the sight. "Such dense natural spiritual energy! Is Big Brother breaking through again? But this is terrifying!"

Despite his surprise, Minato Namikaze dared not be careless. He hurried to stand guard over Qingyun. This was a critical moment, and no one could be allowed to disturb him. The consequences would be unpredictable: at best, his breakthrough might fail and his strength plummet; at worst, his cultivation could go berserk and shatter every meridian.

Time slowly passed. Qingyun's breakthrough took an unusually long time. Even with the sun high in the sky, he still had not finished.
