No one had imagined that Yan Uchiha, the easygoing fellow who always wore a lazy smile, would dare attack someone in Naka Shrine.
Nobody could wrap their head around it.
Uchiha Tekka was even more baffled.
As someone who attended the Clan Meetings and oversaw the clan's patrols, he arguably knew Yan Uchiha's background better than anyone.
The man was usually lazy to the bone, content to do nothing but lounge around.
He hardly seemed like a member of the Uchiha Clan at all. He seemed more like someone from the Nara Clan.
But Tekka had misjudged him.
Looking at the outrageously domineering Yan Uchiha before him, he couldn't help wondering, Was this really the same fucking guy I knew?

Even Fugaku, who knew Yan Uchiha best, was staring at him in bewilderment.
Arrogant, overbearing, and unwilling to show anyone the slightest deference.
None of it matched the Yan Uchiha they usually knew.

He paid no heed to rules, restrictions, or clan doctrine. Even here, in the solemn grounds of Naka Shrine, he dared strike a fellow clansman without a word.
Even Fugaku, the Clan Head, was momentarily at a loss for what to say.
And that was just the people who had no quarrel with Yan Uchiha.
Even the members of the Radical Faction didn't dare stand up and make a sound in the face of this utterly overbearing Yan Uchiha.
They were afraid. Truly afraid.
Afraid that Yan Uchiha might lose his temper and punch them too.
They all knew how much power that punch carried. None of them could have withstood it.
Uchiha Setsuna swayed as he climbed off the ground, then failed
