Early that morning.
"Bastards! Who came up with this policy?!" Kakuzu stormed into the office in the Hokage Building, radiating murderous fury. He slammed both hands onto the desk and roared at Danzo.
"Mr. Kakuzu, this is the Hokage Building," the new Hyuga Clan Leader, who had just arrived, said with a frown.
"Say one more fucking word and I'll turn you to ash. Want to try me?" Kakuzu slowly turned his head and gave him a vicious look. A mass of threads suddenly shot out of Kakuzu's back, each one holding a heavy weapon...
"...Go home for now, Hyuga Clan Leader. We can discuss the Hyuga Clan's leadership change this afternoon," Danzo said shakily, swallowing.
"...All right." The Hyuga Clan Leader swallowed, cast a terrified glance at Kakuzu and the mass of heavy weapons behind him, then hurried away.
"Ahem, Uncle Kakuzu, put the weapons away first... This doesn't look good," Danzo said with an awkward smile.
Kakuzu put away his weapons, sat down to one side, and stared coldly at Danzo.
"This... is something Dave and I discussed yesterday... We've had too many complaints from parents. Dave and I really had no choice," Danzo said with a helpless, bitter smile.
"Which parents?" An eerie gleam flickered in Kakuzu's little green eyes...
"Ahem, don't do anything rash," Danzo spluttered, hastily warning him.
Kakuzu didn't answer. Danzo simply watched as an RPG rocket launcher suddenly appeared in Kakuzu's hands...
"How about this? I'll lower the Love Kidney Company's annual tax rate from ten percent to five percent. What do you think?" Danzo said hurriedly.
Kakuzu raised his eyes and glanced at Danzo.
"Don't worry, Uncle Kakuzu. This policy only applies to Konoha residents. We're not interfering with the other villages in the Shinobi World," Danzo continued.
