Madara walked up to the complex gate and peered through it, looking this way and that. In all his years, he had never seen anything like this residential complex Dave had described.
Uchiha Garden had been built to accommodate the Uchiha Clan's current population, covering a total area of 1,103,500 square meters. It consisted of thirty-six buildings, each with two sections and forty-four floors, with two apartments per floor. Each apartment measured 127 square meters and had three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Every building had stairs and elevators. At the very center of the complex lay a crystal-clear lake, with a wooden bridge connecting its eastern and western sides and a traditional pavilion standing in the middle.
The complex was filled with greenery, with winding paths crisscrossing the lawns. Each complex also had its own underground parking garage beside the entrance.
Since these were clan-based residential complexes, Dave had given it some thought and left access control to their respective clan leaders. Each clan would also decide how to manage its own property.
