"Dave, how do you play this Konoha Fight the Landlord?" Madara asked Dave beside him.

"Uh, Uncle Madara, there's a beginner tutorial in the upper-right corner. It'll teach you how to play," Dave said, pointing to the upper-right corner of the interface.

Madara nodded, then opened the beginner tutorial, starting down a path of no return...

Hiruzen and Danzo, who were sitting nearby, were also using these things for the first time. After hearing Dave's explanation, they opened the beginner tutorial too.

A little while later.

"You two brats, want to make a room and play a round?" Having figured out how the game worked, Madara turned to Hiruzen and Danzo. There were only three players online—the three of them. The Internet Cafe hadn't made a name for itself yet, so very few people came to play each day.

"Sure!" Having finished the beginner tutorial, Hiruzen and Danzo were ready to show off their skills!

The three created a room and entered the Game.

Madara looked at his cards. Heh. Bid for landlord!

Hiruzen looked at his cards and passed... How could he possibly bid for landlord with this hand? Danzo, on the other hand, was brimming with confidence and raised the bid!

"Feeling confident, brat?" Madara asked Danzo with a sneer.

Danzo didn't know what to say... He gave an awkward smile... Though that smile really wasn't much to look at... It could rival Madara's...

Madara raised the bid again. And there it was: he was the landlord. Hiruzen and Danzo were the farmers...

The Game began.

The Game ended...

Madara chuckled as he looked at the extra three thousand Konoha Beans in his account.

"Hiruzen! Uncle Madara played a pair of threes! Why didn't you beat it?" Danzo demanded, thoroughly annoyed.

"I didn't have a fucking pair!" Hiruzen
