Looking at the familiar little courtyard, he couldn't help marveling at how time had flown.

At this hour, Jiang Cheng and Shen Yue were both still in class. The dorm was empty, which gave the two of them a chance to clean their rooms in peace.
They let all their Pokémon out as well. The dorm felt a little crowded, but it was much livelier too.
With so many Pokémon helping, cleaning the two bedrooms didn't take long. They were nearly finished by nightfall, when Jiang Cheng and Shen Yue returned from class.
"Well, well, well, look who's back!" The moment the door opened, that familiar, obnoxious voice rang out.
"Oh my gosh, Lingling, you brought back so many Pokémon! Ahhh~~~~ They're so cute!" Seeing the room full of Pokémon, Shen Yue let out a delighted squeal.
"You're back? How were classes?" Xiao Ran happened to come out of his room just then and asked them with a smile.
He had spent over a month running around after military training ended and hadn't properly attended a single class yet. He was rather curious about university courses in this world.
"Oh, please. You know what he's like in class. He spent the whole day in dreamland!" Shen Yue mercilessly took a jab at Jiang Cheng as she flung herself onto Milotic.
"Wow, this is Milotic, right? So, so beautiful! Even prettier than in the videos!"
"Guuu~~~"
Milotic looked bewildered at the girl draped over her, then gave her a motherly smile. After all, she was a Tender Pokémon.
"Vee~~~"
Just then, Sylveon and Umbreon bounded over and nuzzled Shen Yue as she lay against Milotic.
