Asuna's mood immediately brightened. With someone else taking on the responsibility of being a guide, the rest was no trouble at all. She actually quite enjoyed discussing Wind Release with Karura. Sunagakure Ninja Village was traditionally a Wind Release village, and most of its residents had a wind affinity, unlike Konoha Ninja Village, where that affinity was relatively rare.
Sunagakure Ninja Village's secret technique, which imitated Shukaku's Magnet Release and allowed ordinary people to manipulate sand, was a variation of Wind Release. Even Asuna, who had gained unique insights into Wind Release from her father, could not help being surprised by this use of Wind Release to reproduce the ability to control sand.
Just then, Asuna faintly heard sounds from the kitchen. She listened for a moment and said, "My sister's already home? I used to always get back before her."
