The Konoha High Command had anticipated that the Chakra Samurai would use force to suppress the ordinary samurai and compel them to march into battle, as they had in the past. But now, in the middle of the fighting, the Chakra Samurai had turned on their own "comrades" instead of finding other ways to fight Konoha Ninja Village. What was going on?
