Lu Cizhou had thought he was simply eating slowly and that was why he had taken so long. He had never expected him to eat three without any restraint. Even a little kid knew not to eat that many at once.
Lu Cizhou sighed helplessly, at a loss for what to say to Shen Zeyu. Ever since meeting him, he had been sighing much more often.
When would this man stop making everyone worry about him?
After taking some medicine, Shen Zeyu felt a little better, only to discover Lu Yu and Lu Cizhou looking at him very seriously.
"What's wrong?" Shen Zeyu asked with an awkward smile.
"Little Dad, honestly! Even I know you shouldn't eat that much ice cream all at once, but you still did." Lu Yu felt that his little dad really couldn't be trusted to take care of himself.
Being lectured by a little kid over something like this left Shen Zeyu a little embarrassed. "I know. I won't do it again."
"Little Dad, you have to swear you won't sneak any ice cream when we're not around." Lu Yu refused to let it go.
That shocked Shen Zeyu. Was I really that untrustworthy?
Under Lu Yu's stare, Shen Zeyu had no choice but to swear. Seeing that Lu Yu had already lectured him, Lu Cizhou said nothing more.
Lu Yu's words were much more effective than anything he could say.
Seeing how much Lu Yu wanted to join the variety show, Lu Cizhou had someone ask for more information about it the next day. Once he was certain there were no problems, he contacted the person in charge and successfully made the Lu Corporation one of its investors.
Of course, the condition was that he wouldn't interfere with the segments arranged by the production team. Lu Cizhou had no objection. He was only investing for his own peace of mind, so naturally, he wouldn't meddle in any of that.
Meanwhile, Shen Zeyu was also in touch with Wang Lei. After asking about the detailed plans, he learned that filming would actually begin the following week.

Wang Lei: The schedule's a little tight, mainly because the holidays are coming up. The first few episodes will build some buzz, and ratings should be higher once the holidays start. Don't worry, filming starts on the weekend. It won't interfere with your child's classes.
After Shen Zeyu replied, they settled a few more details, along with a time to sign the contract.
With one major issue resolved, Wang Lei finally relaxed. He no longer had to worry about finding guests.
When Shen Zeyu got home and told Lu Yu the news, the boy was absolutely ecstatic, bouncing around nonstop.
Shen Zeyu caught hold of him. "All right, can you tell Little Dad why you want to go?" Lu Yu had been unusually insistent about participating this time.
Lu Yu only smiled without saying anything. Seeing that he didn't want to talk about it, Shen Zeyu didn't press him.
"Then are Dad and Little Dad both coming?" Lu Yu asked.
Sitting beside them, Lu Cizhou thought for a moment. "I'll be busy during the first few episodes. If I get the chance, I'll come for the later ones."
"Okay! Then Little Dad and I will go for the first few episodes," Lu Yu said sweetly.
Meanwhile, the production team of Go, Little Cuties! announced that the show would officially premiere on Saturday and be livestreamed in its entirety. They didn't reveal the guests, only releasing a few photos taken from behind.

The news that Chen Ran might appear sparked another wave of excitement. After all, Chen Ran was the king of love songs, but he had rarely released new music since getting married.

Since the first segment would be filmed at home, the production team obtained the guests' addresses, then arrived at their doors carrying cameras.
Looking at the villa before them, the crew exchanged glances. Although they knew who these guests were, they still couldn't help marveling at how rich they were.
They couldn't just enter this place freely. Fortunately, Lu Cizhou had already arranged for the butler to pick them up.

After receiving confirmation, Lu Yu turned to the crew. "Uncles, has the livestream started?"
The camera bobbed up and down, and Lu Yu greeted it with a beaming smile. "Good morning, uncles and aunties. My name is Lu Yu."

Once he finished greeting them, a pair of hands with well-defined knuckles appeared on camera and gently lifted Lu Yu. "Go wake your little dad."
The man who had said he was nervous yesterday still hadn't woken up. Since Lu Cizhou didn't plan to appear in the first few episodes, the production team wanted to save him as a big reveal and had avoided filming his face.

Lu Yu led the crew upstairs. "Keep your voices down. My little dad isn't awake yet."

Shen Zeyu was still wondering what show he meant. By the time it dawned on him, he wanted to hide from everyone.
Why did I have to sleep in so late today? This is so embarrassing.
However reluctant he was, Shen Zeyu could only face the livestream. After saying hello, he hurried into the bathroom.
The viewers were still reeling from the onslaught of his beauty. Sunlight from the window fell softly over the young man, illuminating his slightly tousled hair and cheeks flushed with embarrassment. Combined with his clear, pleasant voice, it was a truly devastating sight.

After they finished breakfast, Shen Zeyu grabbed his suitcase and got into the production team's car with Lu Yu, ready to head to their destination.
He had packed the suitcase the night before, which saved him plenty of time that morning.
