But that teammate's feet had to stay off the ground throughout the race. If they touched the ground even once, the team would be eliminated.
Also, that teammate had to reach the finish line alive. If they were bitten or trampled to death along the way, the team would likewise lose.
The same applied to the water course!
Once the rules were explained, the racing order for each course would be decided by drawing lots on the spot.
