"Stop beating around the bush. Just tell me what I need to do." Gao Ming was pressed for time. He had only come to this haunted house because of an interview at another one.
"First, you must prove your courage. I want you to go to Room Zero, the most dangerous room at the far end of the corridor, and retrieve the keys the head nurse left behind. Then you must enter the restroom alone and confess your innocence to the mirror. You don't need to worry too much about the final despair. From the moment you take the head nurse's keys, every doctor in the Asylum will hunt you down, and the other patients will shun you. You'll have no more help. You'll have to rely on yourself." Donggua deliberately twisted her smile. "Well? Scared?"
"No. I've still got you with me, haven't I?" Gao Ming looked at the "pitiful" Donggua. "Where's Room Zero?"
"Follow the red lights. I'll wait for you outside the restroom." Donggua emerged from the blind spot, flipped her body over, twisted her limbs, and crawled away into the gloom again.
"I wasn't all that interested in this Haunted House at first, but its backstory seems connected to Eternal Life Pharmaceuticals. What's inside that Black Box?" Gao Ming felt his way through the passage in the dark. Every time the red lights came on, monsters would start chasing him from behind, until they finally drove him up to the second floor.
"There's another floor up here? This Haunted House is huge!"
As he climbed the stairs, the red warning lights came on again. The monsters from the first floor stopped near the steps. The second floor seemed to be off-limits even to them.
The walls shifted, revealing a dilapidated corridor where there had been no
