Background / History

Butcher formerly served as a young officer guarding the gates of the Imperial Capital. Yang Zhan, then known as the War King, supported him during that period. By their reunion in Severed Dragon Valley, Butcher had become Heaven Domain’s lord and still expressed gratitude for that assistance 5.

He entered the cultivation world relatively late. His knowledge of its earlier history is limited, and he had never heard of a million-li qi sea before meeting Yang Xiao 8.
