Protecting and Recruiting Xu Qingyang

Qin Guanyu accompanies her disciple Su Zilian to the Xu Clan during the Ye Family’s assault. Having learned of Xu Qingyang’s victories and his invitation from Hundred Flowers Palace, she considers him a valuable recruit. She orders Ye Jianli to leave the Xu Family and cease targeting Qingyang, but he refuses 35.

After Qingyang kills Ye Jianli while disguised as the White Tiger King, Qin offers the apparent independent expert the honorary presidency of Azure Waves Academy. She accepts his conditions of unrestricted access to the academy’s resources and locations. She subsequently meets Qingyang under his ordinary identity and invites him to join, praising his combat prowess while advising him to maintain a lower profile 36.

At Great Nether Mountain, Luo Qianyu reveals the ancient invasion of Kunlun and the possibility that its sealed enemies will escape. The bead Qin carries flies into a flower and is identified as the Blood Demon Pearl, capable of releasing Blood Demon’s Demonic Spirit Clone 46.
