Yang Qing held the small box in his hand, his gaze dark as he watched Wuming leave.
Only when Wuming's figure had vanished from sight did Yang Qing withdraw his gaze.

Yang Qing smiled. "You noticed it too?"
"Of course! This Holy Duke is the foremost man under the Sacred Emperor. A moment ago, he was threatening to kill us, and now he's turned around and given us this treasure?"
Ouyang Lin said, "Perhaps what he gave us isn't a treasure at all, but a trap?"
Yang Qing lowered his head to look at the box in his hand. "He wouldn't make his trickery so obvious. Even if there is a trap, he wouldn't put it here."
