Bu Er lifted Yang Qing onto the Jade Platform.
The gap was so narrow that, standing on the platform, Yang Qing was already extremely close to the Heavenly Stone. All he had to do was lean slightly forward, and his whole body would press against it.
Fortunately, although Yang Qing knew no martial arts, he had decent control over his body. After getting onto the Jade Platform, he merely swayed a little before steadying himself.
He fixed his gaze on the pits and scanned them carefully, but still found nothing.
Yang Qing did not grow impatient. He slowly moved forward again, trying to examine the pits more clearly and thoroughly.
Time passed little by little, and soon two hours had gone by.

Yang Qing sighed inwardly and prepared to leap down from the Jade Platform. But as he moved, his elbow bumped against some part of the Heavenly Stone, and he suddenly felt a tremor beneath his feet.
The tremor was so pronounced that it nearly sent Yang Qing tumbling straight off the Jade Platform.
Instinctively, Yang Qing reached out and grabbed a small pit in the Heavenly Stone to steady himself.
Before he could regain his footing, he heard Bu Er's slightly anxious voice. "Young Master, get down, quick!"
