"You. Apologize. Apologize to Instructor Zephyr!"
Randall glared at Ziegler and issued the cold command.
His face was expressionless, yet the sight of him sent a chill through anyone watching.
That glare from Randall actually gave Ziegler a fright.
His heart lurched, and he felt as though disaster were about to strike.
Once Ziegler recovered, his embarrassment immediately turned to anger.
He, a Vice Admiral, had actually been intimidated by some brat riding on another man's authority?
Even if it had lasted only a second, it was the shame of his lifetime!
He immediately launched into a torrent of curses.
This was probably the pinnacle of his life—he had actually dared to hurl such abuse at an Admiral.
Of course, if he really stood before Zephyr, he would not dare let out so much as a fart. He might even drop to his knees and grovel on the spot.
But that did not stop him from venting his rage here and now.
His attitude, however, ignited the fury in Randall's heart.
"Apologize, my [bleep]ing [bleep]! So what if I insult him?
He's just some old geezer! He's freaking blind!
Only a blind bastard would take a piece of trash like you under his wing!
Zephyr..."
Boom—
A thunderclap erupted out of thin air.
Conqueror's Haki rivaling Bullet's and Sengoku's surged skyward from Randall.
Dark clouds began gathering overhead. The air grew thick, and the atmosphere suddenly became oppressive.
As the Conqueror's Haki swept over them, the surrounding soldiers had no time to react before their eyes rolled back and they lost consciousness.
The Vice Admirals remained conscious, but they felt as though an invisible sledgehammer had repeatedly smashed into the backs of their heads, leaving them dizzy and dazed.
Yet the shock and horror in their hearts were even greater.
