Just then, searing pain shot through three of his limbs almost simultaneously.
Randall had swiftly and cleanly crippled three of Rayleigh's limbs.
He had only crippled them, not severed them completely.
Rayleigh still looked like a normal person, but he could no longer care for himself.

Rayleigh's eyes bulged, his gaze blazing with fury.
For a man like him, being crippled was harder to accept than being killed.
Randall planted a foot on Rayleigh's mouth, crushing his unspoken words back down his throat.
Rayleigh's eyes filled with humiliation and hatred.
He wanted to tear Randall apart and devour him alive.
But Randall felt nothing. He even found it a little funny.
Randall took out a Den Den Mushi and called Sengoku.
Sengoku answered soon enough.
"Hello, Randall. I hope you're calling to tell me Boa Hancock accepted her appointment to the Shichibukai.
And not that you killed her."
Sengoku rubbed his brow as he spoke.
Randall had suddenly called in the middle of his mission.
He couldn't help fearing the worst.
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, how could you think that of me?
Am I really that bloodthirsty?"
Randall protested his innocence.
"Heh, no, you're not bloodthirsty.
But when you're facing pirates, you're not even human!

Sengoku relaxed a little.
Judging by the brat's tone, Boa Hancock was still alive.
