But their sheer arrogance made it clear that these really were orders from the Five Elders.
If a fight truly broke out, the aftermath would likely be difficult to resolve.
After weighing his options, he feared his only choice was to let Garp go with them first, then find some way to work things out.
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku! They've already torn the Marines' dignity to shreds!"
Seeing Sengoku still unable to make up his mind, Akainu felt frustration welling up inside him.
Garp kept his head lowered, looking deeply dejected.

"Or will you hand him over obediently? That would be better for you and easier for us.
"Either way, you're only losing one Marine Vice Admiral.
"In recognition of his achievements, we'll certainly leave him breathing."
As they spoke, all six unleashed their auras without holding anything back.
Without question, every one of them was at Admiral level.
Even Akainu's heart grew heavy.
