Then he looked at Vegapunk and asked,
"Did you know he was using children for human experiments?"

Seeing this, Randall sighed and said nothing more.
"You've made progress on researching that stuff, haven't you?"
Vegapunk froze for a moment, then nodded repeatedly.
"I've successfully improved what you gave me.
I must say, it's truly remarkable.
The human body is a treasure vault, and that substance is the key to unlocking it!"
As he spoke, Vegapunk's eyes shone with excitement.
"Really? How much of the finished product do you have? Give me all of it!"
Randall's eyes flashed.

Vegapunk took out a small iron box and handed it to Randall.
Then he took out a pocket watch.
"What's this?"
Randall looked puzzled.
"I fused a Devil Fruit with this pocket watch.
