Zephyr was frantic when he learned that Randall was in the New World.
If the first half of the Grand Line could be considered territory under Marine control,
then the New World, its second half, was a "paradise" for villains.
Who knew what kind of opponent Randall had run into?
The thought made Zephyr even more anxious.

If it were him, he could probably get there pretty quickly...
Just after Zephyr descended from the Red Line and officially entered the New World, his expression grew even grimmer.
Randall's Vivre Card suddenly burst into flames, leaving only a tiny corner within a few short seconds.

According to the Vivre Card, Randall was right here.
So had someone sunk him into the sea?
Though it was hardly an appropriate thought, Zephyr could not help wondering:
How was he still alive?
Had he sunk into the sea after losing consciousness from his injuries?
Or had someone knocked him into the sea in the first place?
Either way, Zephyr found it miraculous that Randall was still breathing.
But that was the best news he could have hoped for.
With a low shout, he punched the sea with all his strength.
The immense force instantly blasted a hollow into the ocean.
Then Zephyr took a deep breath and plunged in headfirst before the water could close back over
