Shinichi strengthened the Uchiha, saved Uzushio, and freed the Nine-Tails from Mito so it could guard Konoha. As the allied villages invaded, Konoha launched a multi-front counteroffensive while Shinichi hunted Madara and Kanon fell into an ambush.

• Shinichi and Tsunade committed to building a life together, and Shinichi received powerful new abilities and plans for the Uchiha Clan.
• Shinichi reformed the Military Police Force and Uchiha education, drew other clans into closer cooperation, and faced growing opposition from Danzo and the Konoha F4.
• Shinichi and Tsunade rescued Uzushio Village from an invasion, with Shinichi defeating the attacking Kage-level leaders and uncovering Madara’s involvement.
• Shinichi freed Mito from the Nine-Tails by dividing its chakra and persuaded Kurama to become Konoha’s guardian, while Kushina was spared the jinchūriki burden.

Shinichi defeated Madara and stopped Kanon and Danzo from sabotaging his wedding to Tsunade. After their honeymoon, Tsunade became Fourth Hokage, and Shinichi left to investigate abnormal chakra near the Land of Hot Water.

• Shinichi killed Madara at Mountain Graveyard, then drove back the Raikage’s forces at Thousand Thunder Valley.
• Kanon allied with Danzo and set a genjutsu trap for Shinichi and Tsunade’s wedding, but Shinichi destroyed the array, defeated Kanon, and took her into custody.
• Shinichi and Tsunade married and traveled to the Land of Hot Water, where Minato, Nawaki, and Kushina eliminated the Jashin Cult’s bases.
• Shinichi encountered and destroyed Jigen, then told Tsunade about Isshiki and the Ōtsutsuki threat.
• Shinichi stopped Danzo’s attack and pressed Hiruzen to make Tsunade Hokage, while Danzo was sentenced to life in prison.

Shinichi defeated Tenshiki, learned of the threat from Takama-ga-hara, and postponed confronting its gods while Konoha recovered. He traveled to the moon to settle a feud among its Ōtsutsuki descendants, then turned his attention to Isshiki’s dimension and a lingering leak near the battlefield.

• Shinichi tracked the Ōtsutsuki invaders in the Land of Hot Water, killed Momoshiki and Kinshiki, and defeated Tenshiki, who gave him coordinates to Takama-ga-hara.
• Shinichi returned to Tsunade and rested, then resumed training Minato, Kushina, and Nawaki before telling Tsunade about Tenshiki’s warning.
• Shinichi confronted Hagoromo in the Pure Land about the reincarnations of Indra and Asura, and Hagoromo admitted regret for the suffering he had caused.
• Shinichi told Konoha’s leaders he would scout Takama-ga-hara alone, but decided to wait until Tsunade secured her position and the village and its young shinobi grew stronger.

Shinichi strengthened Konoha’s jonin, tested Minato, and led the Levee unit through a mission involving a reality-warping beacon. As the beacon began pulsing again, Shinichi released Kaguya to seek her help against the approaching Ōtsutsuki threat.

• Shinichi found a juvenile Ten-Tails and Ōtsutsuki Shibai’s corpse in a hidden dimension, then gave the corpse to Orochimaru to study.
• Shinichi tested Minato’s judgment with a staged seven-day challenge, and Minato found Kushina and passed his Jonin assessment.
• Orochimaru developed a serum from Shibai’s biological data, and Shinichi directed him to enhance Konoha’s ninja.
• Nawaki gained Wood Release and Minato gained the ability to move through space, while the jonin adapted to their new powers through Orochimaru’s emotional training.
• Shinichi tested Minato’s Levee unit with an impossible threat, then sent them to rescue Uzumaki survivors from a rogue-ninja base.
• Minato contained the black stone’s null influence in a quarantine zone inside his mind, and the Levee unit brought the survivors and the stone back to Konoha.
• Orochimaru discovered that the beacon and Minato’s mental quarantine zone had begun pulsing in sync, and Shinichi warned Tsunade that the threat was near.
