"Golem, use Earthquake!" Dara gave the first command.
At Dara's command, Golem hopped up slightly, then dropped onto the ground. Waves of tremors immediately swept outward from Golem in every direction.
"Arm Thrust!" Rhyperior already knew exactly how to defend against Earthquake. Its arms glowed white as it slammed them into the ground. With a thunderous crash, the entire surface collapsed, leaving the incoming tremors well within what Rhyperior could withstand.
"Excellent approach!" Dara praised him, then commanded, "Golem, use Rollout!"
"Rhyperior, Arm Thrust!" Confident in Rhyperior's strength, Liu Qing gave the command without hesitation.
Rhyperior's arms glowed white again as it slammed them into the ground once more. The force traveled through the earth, launching Golem into the air halfway through its Rollout. At Liu Qing's command to use Stone Edge, a barrage of rocks hurtled straight at Golem, striking it with a succession of loud bangs.
"What tremendous explosive power!" Dara immediately commanded, "Golem, use Defense Curl!"
At Dara's command, the still-spinning Golem began glowing white. The incoming Stone Edge rocks bounced off its rotating body, and after landing, it continued rolling straight toward Rhyperior.
"What incredible defense!" A sharp gleam flashed through Liu Qing's eyes as he shouted, "Horn Drill!"
"Horn Drill? Isn't Liu Qing worried that Dara's Golem might have Sturdy?" Although Scott had only watched a few of Liu Qing's battles, he knew Liu Qing never gave unnecessary commands in battle, much less incorrect ones. His skill was already infinitely close to the level of an Elite Four Champion. Surely he had considered Golem's Ability here as well. Intrigued, Scott watched the developments on the field.
