Jin Dalong looked at Hu Jiaxing in confusion. "Jiaxing, does your son have another secret weapon?"
Hu Jiaxing looked just as baffled. "I have no idea. The little rascal only has ten Pokémon. How could he have another ace?"
Hu Bin smiled slightly. "Get ready for this, Senior Esdeath!"
Esdeath snorted as he watched Hu Bin, who had yet to take out a Poké Ball. "Putting on a show, are you? Let's see who you send out to defeat my Volcanion!"
Hu Bin said mysteriously, "He's already here-a good buddy I haven't seen in ages."
Hu Bin shouted at the top of his lungs, "I'm counting on you this time, my good buddy, Tapu Koko!"
A bolt of lightning descended from the sky, and a Pokémon appeared on the battlefield. It had a black body, orange hair and legs, and half of a patterned shell on each hand.
It was none other than Tapu Koko. Hu Bin had asked Hu Jiawang, who was in the Alola Region, to find Tapu Koko and ask it to come help.
When Tapu Koko heard that Hu Bin needed its help, it readily agreed and followed Hu Jiawang over without another word.
Tapu Koko smiled upon seeing Hu Bin. It had watched all the battles earlier and was truly delighted to see how far he had come.
Hu Bin looked at Tapu Koko with a smile. "You're here, Tapu Koko. Let's fight side by side today!"
Tapu Koko nodded, then held up two fingers somewhat sheepishly.
Hu Bin immediately understood. "Don't worry, Tapu Koko. I've got two boxes of Pokéblocks ready for you!"
Tapu Koko's eyes lit up. It ran over to Hu Bin and patted his shoulder, its meaning clear: You know how to treat a buddy, little bro!
