Hu Bin smiled at Klara and said, "Looking forward to our match!"
Klara's face was full of strain. She forced a smile and said, "Please go easy on me!"
Mustard was thrilled to see this. It was a rare sight indeed.
Mustard promptly took the referee's seat and announced loudly, "Here are the rules for this match: six against twelve! Hu Bin's six Pokémon will face Klara's six Pokémon and Honey's six Pokémon. If Hu Bin defeats both Trainers, he passes the challenge!"
Mustard shot Hu Bin a smug look, as though saying, Well? Isn't my arrangement brilliant?
Hu Bin glared at Mustard, wanting nothing more than to beat him to death. You actually pulled something like this! Six against twelve is blatantly unfair, and you still went ahead with it!
Unbelievable! Damn it!
The rules left the other students stunned. Hu Bin would have to take on Klara and Honey's twelve Pokémon with just six of his own. Quite a few gasped. Neither of those two was a pushover!
This battle would be incredibly difficult for Hu Bin.
Hu Bin rubbed his brow. It really was going to be tough.
But the rules had already been announced. What else could he do? He could only grit his teeth and carry on.
Hu Bin looked at Klara and thought, Klara won't be too bad. One or two of my Pokémon can sweep her team, but Honey is at least at Elite Four level. Beating her won't be easy.
I have to save four Pokémon for Honey, or I won't stand a chance of winning!
If Klara had known how little Hu Bin thought of her, she would have been furious.
