Hu Bin let out a sigh of relief as well, slumping onto the sofa. "That wasn't easy. It's finally over!"
Mustard looked at Hu Bin with a serious expression. "Honestly, you did well in this trial. Your performance was excellent, but are you satisfied with just that?"
Hu Bin looked at Mustard and shook his head. "I think I still have a long way to go!"
Mustard gave Hu Bin an approving look, clearly pleased with his answer.
"You certainly do," Mustard said to Hu Bin. "Even I still have a long way to go. I once battled Red and lost. It was a crushing defeat, a complete rout. I was no match for him at all."
Mustard looked distinctly uncomfortable after bringing up Red. That match had ended in an utter disaster for him-a crushing, absolute defeat.
In all the years since he had started out, Mustard had never lost so badly.
The strength Red had displayed had given Mustard quite a fright.
Even now, Mustard could not forget it.
In his eyes, Red already had the strength to stand at the top of the world.

Hu Bin was shocked to hear that Mustard had lost to Red. His voice trembled slightly as he asked, "Mr. Mustard, if I fought Red as I am now, which of us would have a better chance of winning?"
Hu Bin already knew the answer, yet for some reason, he still wanted to hear the truth from Mustard himself.
"Red is a training fanatic," Mustard said very seriously. "When he fought me back then, I might not have been as strong as you are now, but the gap wasn't that large."
