Out on the grassland, Tetsuya looked at Madara Uchiha and suddenly thought of a problem.
"What's wrong, Tetsuya? Hurry up and release the Tailed Beasts!"
Seeing Tetsuya suddenly stop moving, Old Madara impatiently urged him on.
He had been waiting for this day for so long. He had thought he would never get another chance to become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki.
Then Tetsuya had suddenly told him he still had a chance.
"Don't rush, Old Madara. I just thought of a problem."
"What problem?"
"Say, can you withstand the Ten-Tails' power without the Rinnegan?"
Tetsuya looked Madara Uchiha up and down.

And now, Old Madara didn't have even one Rinnegan.
Madara Uchiha paused at those words, but after taking a deep breath, he still spoke.
"It doesn't matter. I can control the Ten-Tails even without the Rinnegan!"
Looking at Madara Uchiha's tone and expression as he said that, Tetsuya was reminded of a certain fellow who had shamelessly declared that he could wipe out the enemy army without his sword, only to get stabbed straight through the heart.
"Oh, come on. Quit bullshitting!"
Tetsuya scoffed, then started fiddling around.
"All right, it's just the Rinnegan. Give me a minute."
"A minute? For what?"
Old Madara was a little confused.
"What, are you planning to awaken it right here in front of me?"
"So what? Is awakening it on the spot that hard?"
As he spoke, Tetsuya summoned Husky.
"Time to work, Doggo."
