"That's incredible. I never imagined other worlds actually existed."
"So does that mean there are different versions of us in those other worlds?"

"Heh, now that sounds interesting! I wonder how strong the other versions of me are. I'd really like to go take a look."
As a battle maniac, all Madara Uchiha could think about was finding a chance to dance with his other selves and see who was truly the king of the dance floor.
"Actually, it's not that hard to understand."
Izuna dipped a finger in some tea and began drawing on the table.
"A world is like a great river. As it flows forward, it might encounter different kinds of terrain and split into branches.
"That terrain, which creates branching points in the river, might be people making different choices at the same moment, thereby influencing the direction their world takes.
"Normally, different worlds never intersect, but Tetsuya's new ability is like digging a temporary canal that connects different branches of the river."
After hearing Izuna's explanation, Tetsuya couldn't help applauding him.
"That's Izuna for you. Spending so much time with me has really made you an outside-the-box thinker."
Izuna had been the first to follow Tetsuya. Spending so much time with this visitor from another world had broadened his thinking considerably, and he no longer looked at everything solely from a ninja's perspective or that of the Shinobi World.
