He was shocked that this Ramen Master possessed such a Kirin Arm, with strength so immense that even in his current state, he was struggling to fend him off. What shocked him even more was that the man did not seem to care about what he looked like now—although he had not looked in a mirror, he knew he could no longer be called human.
The Dragon Blood within him was boiling.
Even with his formidable mental fortitude, he was nearly unable to suppress the greedy craving for blood rising from the depths of his marrow. If that giant serpent were not still hanging over them as a target, he suspected he would have lost control immediately.
"Y-you... who are you?" He finally managed to break free from the Ramen Master's embrace.
"I'm your father!" Uesugi Koshi declared emotionally.
Caesar turned to Angers, his eyes full of questions: Didn't we agree not to acknowledge each other for now?
"I reached some new agreements with Kazama Ruri," Angers explained coolly. "This old man couldn't hold himself back."

Minamoto Chisaki was so unfamiliar with that word that it seemed as though he had never heard it before. He instinctively looked at Kazama Ruri, who nodded with slight helplessness. "I'll explain when there's time, but he really is our father."
Judging from Kazama Ruri's expression, he had probably received an embrace in that same style.
"Principal, this isn't the time for a family reunion!" Finn's voice came from the upper platform. He had gone up there to deploy the capture net and was not far from Lu Mingfei. "Hurry up and show
