When they reached the place where the Glory Flower usually appeared, Sen Lijiu fell silent at the empty space before him. Just then, Edwin began to explain.
"The Glory Flower is a divine artifact with immense power. According to the ancient books I've read, it has neither a master nor a name, so it's called the Glory Flower. It has existed since the world was born, and it is highly sentient, able to help the people of the Flower Fairy Kingdom handle many matters. A hint of appreciation entered Edwin's eyes at the question. "We did at first, but later we discovered that we couldn't do anything to it at all. Since it was harmless, we left it here."
Hearing this, Sen Lijiu shot Edwin a look of mixed emotions, inwardly grumbling, What Glory Flower? There's nothing here but air... And you call that a divine artifact?

As it drew closer, he noticed the patterns covering the divine artifact. They depicted a black dragon entwined around a nine-tailed fox, looking especially intimate. Just as the Glory Flower was about to collide with him, he reached out and touched it. Tears inexplicably spilled from the corners of his eyes, not from sorrow, but from the joy of encountering something familiar.
He called out that utterly familiar name.
