Lin Qingxue's eyes brightened, her voice tinged with excitement.
"See those seven peaks towering into the clouds? That's where the seven lineages of the Five Elements Sect are based. Each lineage presides over one peak!"
By now, the sky had darkened.
Mo Yun focused his gaze on them. With the peaks still some distance away and the light fading, he could only make out faint outlines.
Even so, he could feel a faint sense of pressure emanating from those majestic peaks.
But something piqued Mo Yun's curiosity. "Then where's the Blade Tower? Doesn't it have a peak of its own?"
Lin Qingxue shook her head. "I don't know either."
Just then, a somewhat unwelcome voice rang out.
"The Blade Tower is behind the Metal Lineage's main peak. We can't see it from this angle."
Mo Yun looked toward the voice and immediately spotted a woman in a vivid red dress, with a shapely figure, a lovely face, and a radiant smile.
The woman glanced at Mo Yun and Lin Qingxue, then smiled brightly. "Hello, I'm Chu Qian, from the Wu Kingdom in Azure Province. Are you also heading to the Five Elements Sect to seek admission and learn its arts?"
Lin Qingxue nodded, her expression blank. "Lin Qingxue."
Mo Yun added, "Mo Yun."
Chu Qian didn't mind their response and continued with a smile. "I'm here to seek admission and learn the arts of the Five Elements Sect too. I hope I can achieve something in cultivation and return to Azure Province to revitalize the Wu Kingdom!"
