"Furthermore, once someone meets these criteria, even a verbal threat shall invariably be treated as attempted murder."
"Under this resolution, anyone guilty of attempted murder shall face a sentence of sealing for no fewer than four thousand years and no more than twenty thousand years."
"Experts of the same realm who have close ties to the offender shall also be placed under surveillance. Should they make any dangerous move, they shall be dealt with under the killer provisions of the first statute."
"Under the first killer provision, when an expert one realm higher enters a world whose upper limit is one realm below their own and commits a massacre."
"The ruling shall depend on the number killed. Anyone who kills more than a hundred people shall receive seal extreme punishment."
Seal extreme punishment meant sealing a powerful cultivator inside a designated space.
