Su Nu passed between the two stone statues and entered the forest. She kept moving forward, following whatever paths she found and turning left and right for who knew how long. Suddenly, a vast bank of white mist appeared, with peals of laughter ringing out from within.
Hearing the laughter, Su Nu grew solemn. She raised her hands and bowed to her surroundings, saying, "I am Su Nu, Witch Maiden of the Youqiong Kingdom. On my sovereign's orders, I have come to seek an audience with the Bear God. I humbly ask the Bear God to receive me!"
