Tongtian stared at Black Robe for a long while before a look of disdain finally crossed his face.
He taught all without discrimination, making him one of the least prejudiced against the Devil Race among All Saints. Yet after Wutian failed to merge with the Dao, these devils realized he had no future and abandoned him one after another, each fleeing for his own life. In Tongtian's eyes, such behavior was utterly contemptible.
Originally, Tongtian had intended to enlighten Black Robe after teaching him a lesson, guide him away from evil and onto the righteous path, and take him as a disciple. Now, it seemed he would be better off telling him to get as far away as possible.
With a sweep of his hand, Tongtian flung Black Robe away and said, "Get lost. Don't let me see you again."
Indeed, too many devils were fleeing. Capturing one while leaving the others alone would be unfair. Capturing them all would be inappropriate too; after all, there was always a slender thread of hope. These devils wanted to escape with their lives, and he should not stand in their way.
After stumbling through Chaos, Black Robe steadied himself, bowed to Tongtian with clasped hands, then hurriedly turned and flew away, soon disappearing from sight.
"Hmph!" Watching him leave, Tongtian gave a soft snort, then turned back to gaze at the Primordial World.

The war between Great Ming and Northern Yuan raged like a blazing fire. After months of bloody fighting, Zhu Di finally crushed the various Northern Yuan tribes, extending Great Ming's territory considerably farther north. Many steppe tribes also chose to surrender to Great Ming and accept its investiture from then on.
