It was a path he had been born to walk.
He would certainly continue down that path in the future.
But that was his Dao for combat.
More importantly, there was his cultivation.
When it came to cultivation, he still intended to follow his own path.
At the very least,
he would not change it over something trivial.
Unless something truly momentous happened,
he would never break his principles.
Just as Xiping Chuixue was comprehending the Sword Dao,
two figures suddenly appeared outside.
Neither pushed the door open to enter.
Marquis Xiping stood at the door, sensing the fluctuations coming from the room, puzzlement on his face.
"What's going on?"
"Why has he started cultivating the Sword Dao?"
Marquis Xiping's mind was full of questions.
Among the Human Race, the Sword Dao
was not a particularly rare path.
The vast majority of humans were capable of comprehending the Sword Dao.
Aside from the Sword Dao,
there were all manner of other paths, such as the Formation Dao.
For the Human Race, the Sword Dao
was the easiest to get started in.
But getting started and attaining mastery were two different things.
An easy beginning did not mean one could reach mastery.
Getting started was easy
because the Human Race had so many powerhouses skilled in the Sword Dao.
After all, they were all powerhouses of the Human Race.
When they taught the Sword Dao,
they generally held nothing back.
And so,
under the instruction of these powerhouses,
within the Human Race, in the Sword Dao,
many powerhouses had crossed the threshold.
But Xiping Prefecture had no such powerhouses.
Besides, a beginner's Sword Dao
was fine for one's own use.
But teaching it to others
was essentially leading one's students
