Shin Uchiha stood up as well and wrapped an arm around Tsunade's slender waist.
"I'll take you there. I wanted to see who could push Kakashi this far anyway. Whatever else you might say about him, he's pretty capable."

As soon as Tsunade and Shin Uchiha emerged from the room, Shizune, who had been waiting for some time, hurried over to them.
Shizune had long since grown accustomed to the presence of Shin Uchiha, Lady Tsunade's man. Though his young age still felt a little strange to her, Lady Tsunade was already carrying his child, so Shizune had accepted him.
"Lady Tsunade, the people sent by the Third Hokage are still waiting in the living room. Should we head over right away?"
After returning to the village, Tsunade's expression grew serious.
"Shizune, my Shadow Clone has already gotten all the details. Get my usual supplies ready. We're leaving immediately."

Without wasting any words, Tsunade took her little aide Shizune to meet the people sent by the Third Hokage, then hurried toward the hospital.
Shin Uchiha had nothing else to do, so he stayed beside Tsunade, intending to go to the hospital with her and have a look.
When the Anbu sent by the Third Hokage saw Shin Uchiha, they all saluted him. After all, he still held the title of Anbu Captain.
