Tsunade pressed a hand to her head, feeling a headache coming on at Shin Uchiha's words, and said:
"It's nowhere near as easy as you make it sound. You know perfectly well that Obito Uchiha has his sights set on Kakashi.
"He might not dare come to Konoha, but over these past few years, every time Kakashi has gone out on a mission, he's risked being killed by him.
"I've set up traps and ambushes several times, but he never took the bait. Either he didn't show up or he escaped beforehand."
Shin Uchiha rubbed his chin and said with a touch of feeling:
"Tsunade, you really don't need to worry so much. Kakashi has improved a great deal over the past few years, and he's become quite proficient with his Mangekyō Sharingan.
"He's still at a disadvantage against Obito Uchiha, but he won't be captured or killed so easily."
Tsunade raked her fingers through her hair in frustration. Looking at the infuriating man in front of her, she complained:
"Of course I know that, but we still have to be careful. If Obito Uchiha recovers that Mangekyō Sharingan of his, he'll be even harder to deal with."
As she spoke, Tsunade shot Shin another glance and said:
"Besides, Sasuke and Naruto are far too important. How could I feel comfortable leaving them in Kakashi's care?
"Someone could easily take care of Obito Uchiha, yet he lets him go every single time. I really have no idea what he's thinking."
Shin Uchiha gave Tsunade a surprised look. So this was what she had been getting at all along.
Shin Uchiha gently smoothed her furrowed brow and patiently explained:
"Tsunade, Obito Uchiha is actually just a minor player. There's someone far more important behind him.
"Right now, Naruto and Sasuke haven't
